Today’s giant breakfast!
I don’t know what to call these, but I made my eggs in little red bell pepper cups. It worked out really well and tasted amazing! I made them in a nonstick pan so I didn’t waste calories on butter or olive oil.
There are little cremini mushrooms chopped up inside the eggs and on top I used one laughing cow blue cheese triangle.
The eggs are seasoned with Penzey’s Fox Point seasoning plus some sea salt and pepper.
(there was a little bit of egg leftover and no red pepper to put it in, so I just made a mini-omelet for the side)
On the side I have my mom’s homemade 15-grain oatmeal bread with half an avocado, and a glass of vanilla almond milk.
That’s it! Easy, yummy, and super filling breakfast.
Calorie breakdown:
2 medium eggs: 140 calories
pepper: 30 calories
whole grain bread: 110 calories
avocado half: 80 calories
cheese: 35 calories
mushrooms: 10 calories
almond milk: 90 calories
Total Calories: 490
I’m going to learn this! I’m going to make it my mission.. by the end of summer I’m going to have learnt and will be able to do the routine the whole way through, and I’m going to be able to do it well.
P.s Beyonce is God
I had a great leg workout today.. I am going to hurrrrt the next few days. But I love it! I LIVE to complain about being sore!! lol Maybe someday I’ll look like Amanda Latona? Ok doubtful…. haha butt.. her BUTT is insane! Booty motivation for sure.. this girl has some serious glutes! <3
My Leg Workout:
- Barbell Squats 5x10
- Walking Lunges w/Barbell 4xGym (the length of the gym and back is one set)
- Leg Press 4x12 - SUPERSET - Leg Extensions 4x10 with 2 dropsets on each set (this BURRRRNED)
- 4x10 Sumo Squats w/Dumbbell - SUPERESET - Bench Step-Ups w/Dumbbells 4x10 each leg
- Finish it up with 30 minutes on the Stairmaster Level 5
I’ve been increasing the number of sets because I’m trying to lean out for a shoot in a few weeks. Be smart and don’t push yourself beyond your fitness abilities. While it’s great to challenge yourself, you don’t want to wind up injured. Make sure to warm up properly and use proper form ALWAYS. Enjoy =)
